JAWS can be used for multi-hop networking. Currently uses a (BTnut specific) L2CAP connection-less mode.
Basically, there are two ways of connecting to a JAWS network from a PC/PDA.
* using the USB/Serial connection * using Bluetooth L2CAP
The first is well tested and easy to use -- but as it is wired, kind of uncool.
The second has been implemented in January and is working fine but it is less tested/used than the first one. To use it, you have to use BTnut CVS HEAD since BTnut release 1.8 contained a serious bug which was triggered as soon as (much) data was sent to the BTnode over L2CAP.
